Viorel is passionate about balfolk. Music that you really want to dance to, played on diatonic accordion and acoustic guitar by Hartwin Dhoore and Jeroen Geerinck, creates a new lyrical atmosphere in the dance hall. Both have already played all over Europe as solo artists, and Viorel is a new stage in their musical journey. After years of friendship, they have found in each other the inspiration to create new music, even in the difficult pandemic period of 2020-2021. Spontaneity prevails. With a completely new repertoire, they are moving towards a deeper connection with the dancers. This is the core of balfolk.
