At the festival, we will hear the ballroom dimension of blues performed by Mr. Folxlide! A repeatedly looped cigar box, i.e., a three-string guitar made from a cigar box, produces a trance-like rhythmic effect, which is perfect for dancing mazurkas, scottishes, chappeloises, waltzes, but also blues.
The cigar box is sometimes accompanied by vocals and footwork by none other than Prague-based multi-instrumentalist, fan of Brittany, and dance community animator Mikuláš Bryan.
