Inspired by traditional European music, Hartwin has crafted his own style. Performing across Europe, Canada, and the USA for many years, his original compositions have found their way to a wide audience. When playing at a bal often the dancers become silent when they sink into the watery melodies of Hartwin. In this moment a beautiful energy exchange comes into life between Hartwin and the dancers that could be experienced as dance meditation.
