The band plays the traditional music of the Changs (Hungarian: Csángók), i.e. Hungarian-speaking people living in the mountainous areas of western Moldova. The dances are characterized by extraordinary spontaneity and beautiful melodies played on traditional instruments: koboz, flutes and violins.
